Body language is used as non-verbal communication, and it is well known, that the body language is affected by your mood. This is how you can show your environment (consciously or unconsciously), how you really feel. When we are in a bad mood, we tend to change our body pose, facial expressions, use different gestures, and eye movements. The changes depends on the mood we are in.
But many doesn’t know, that it also works the other way around. That the body language also can help you determine you mood. So if you are in a bad mood, you can change it by changing your body language.
A quick tip:
If you feel bad and want to change your mood, you can do the following;
Stand up straight. Now bend backwards a tiny weeny bit and look up into the ceiling. While standing like this, put a biiiig grin in your face, as if you are really really happy about meeting this ceiling.
Come on. Don’t be shy and what do you have to loose.
No one will notice, and I promise not to tell anyone that you did it. So time to say “Hey old pal” to the sealing.
So stand up straight, bend backwards and look up. Now a biiiig grin to the sealing. 🙂
Now. How do you feel. You will find, that it is not too easy to feel really bad, when you stand like this. In fact, you might even find it a bit funny.
